Refund policy
Odonata, Your First Aid offers no refunds or exchanges on our services or products if a client changes their mind.
If you receive any of our medical equipment that is faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us at dani@odonatafirstaid.com within two days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the shipping or delivery costs of the items back to us. Our team will then evaluate the product, and upon a final quality check from the manufacturers, a new product will be returned to you as soon as possible.
All products should be received within two to four weeks of the purchase date. If your package does not arrive within this time frame, contact us immediately. We take full responsibility for the timely delivery of your order and are here to assist you if any issues arise.
